I met Bill while performing another project. Not knowing anything about his company I inquired about him doing some outside plumbing work which included digging up my front yard and installing underground drainage pipe to allow water to run into the pipes and disallow standing water on my roof causing roof damage into the home. I received a quote and allowed my uncle, a former contractor, to review the scope and price quote, which he agreed was to his satisfaction and reasonably priced. The contractor made sure the person he selected to perform arrived on time, did the work according to the scope. You could also find the owner jumping into the hole to assist with laying the drainage pipe. Once the job was completed, you could not tell my yard had been dug up at all. The aftermath and cleanup process was above and beyond. I was so pleased that I have solicited this contractor to perform additional major projects. I have received my quote and determined that the scope and costs again were to my satisfaction, I plan to refer this company to others. Definitely a high valued company.
